🧘‍♀Then, get ready to immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of our gong wash, led by experienced sound healer & vibration therapist/ instructor Simon Jay of Harmonic Waves Healing. You’ll feel the tension melt away as you lay down and relax, allowing the sound to take you through a journey of transformation. Immerse yourself in the vibrational sonic meditation journey for 90 minutes and experience the cleansing, clearing, calming and stimulating effect it has on your body and mind.

** — FACILITATORS — **
Simon Jay Cervania, the Founder of the Harmonic Waves Healing Accredited Certification Program. Using vibrations as a therapeutic tool, Jay facilitates live sound journey gong washes and teaches certification programs on sound and vibration therapy. He is a multifaceted and talented artist, a painter of visionary art and a musician with over 15 years’ experience with a focus on holistic health, brainwave entrainment, biofield energy therapy, energetic trauma release, and is a Reiki Master Teacher. Originally from the Philippines Jay is currently based in the Chicago area, where he leads classes, workshops, and mindful conscious community events that are focused on healing modalities, sound and vibration therapy, ceremonies, and shamanic healing. Jay travels and works with various cultural and wellness centers, yoga studios, holistic healing spaces. He has been a speaker, painted live, facilitated gong wash sound healing, and performed music at various festivals such as Pagan Spirit Gathering, Homewood Health-fest, and Avatar Yoga festival.

Katie Snyder
Katie is an impassioned trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, yoga and meditation teacher, sound facilitator and embodiment guide. Her love for yoga has taken her through over 15 years of practice and has been the guiding heartbeat of her life throughout those years, setting the foundation for her exploration deeper into the realms of the heart. She completed her first 200 hour training in the Ashtanga and Kundalini traditions in Birmingham, AL and went on to deepen her Kundalini studies through the Kundalini Research Institute in Austin, TX in addition to supplemental trainings in iRest Yoga Nidra and Trauma-Informed Yoga. Katie employs multiple types of yoga into her teachings from her studies and experience including Kundalini, Hatha, Yin, Restorative,Vinyasa and Yoga Nidra. She has profound respect for the healing capacity of breathwork and deep relaxation via gong sound healing and Yoga Nidra and is honored to hold space for others through deep release. In addition, her present study in Massage Therapy and background in Occupational Therapy fosters her passion to help find a supportive yoga practice for every body.

Sara Clover
As an advocate for many healing modalities, Sara is primarily a movement artist expressed through yoga & conscious dance facilitation, in which she believes is crucial for health & vitality. She has been leading Elevated Ecstatic Dance for the last 5 years which has danced her all over domestically and throughout Central America. Beyond movement, Sara has been in the healing arts world for over a decade and her philosophy and teachings integrate various healing practices in the pursuit of spiritual development for full embodiment and optimal well-being. Sara’s private practice, Elevated Feminine, weaves together the science of hormonal education and energetic awareness for women all over the world through 1:1 or group coaching and intentional retreat experiences.
