⚡Powerful gongs serve as a facilitator to break up energetic, emotional, and spiritual blockages. The Sun Gong is specifically tuned to the vibrational frequency of the Sun and is associated with OM. It is believed to give life and vibrate its healing and life giving frequency. The Atlantis Gong is believed to facilitate emotional release, clear energetic blockages and heighten intuitive connection. Both gongs carry deep full bodied sound and harmonic overtones that can conjure up emotional depth, stimulate the nervous system, and provide a very potent energetic vibration cleanse.

🕉 Kirtan music, an ancient practice in Yoga, is a vital component of the Bhakti Yoga path, which emphasizes cultivating love and devotion as a means of attaining spiritual liberation and union with the divine. Kirtan songs consist of sacred sounds that are accessible to all, with emphasis placed on the emotional experience of community and celebration through collective chanting of hymns and mantras, rather than on achieving vocal perfection. This participatory practice is believed to have profound spiritual effects, creating a sense of deep relaxation, meditation, and connection with the divine through the power of sound and vibration. Kirtan, a traditional form of devotional music in India, is composed in the ancient language of Sanskrit, which is believed to possess innate spiritual power due to its vibrational effects on the body, mind, and soul. Consequently, these chants, also called mantras, are most effective when sung in their original form, as the Sanskrit language is believed to channel the energies of the universe through sound vibrations. Each syllable of a Sanskrit mantra carries special meaning and impact, making it a powerful tool for creating a sense of harmony, balance, and transcendence.
